Ai-ChatPro refunds: how to make a request
Subscribed less than 14 days ago? You can withdraw and get a full refund, even if you've already used Ai-ChatPro. Just contact customer service.
The 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from your subscription to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
- Full refund of the amounts paid for the subscription.
- Nothing withheld for using the service during those 14 days.
- Within 14 days at most after your request, to the same payment method, at no cost.
Make your request
- Contact customer service. By phone on 0 800 914 786 (free), by email or via the chat.
- Give your email address and subscription date. Use the email address you signed up with.
- State that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. A clear message is enough, no reason is required.
Good to know: no form is mandatory. A model withdrawal form is included at the end of Ai-ChatPro's terms and conditions.
After 14 days
After that period, you can still cancel your subscription: future payments stop and your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do I get a refund if I've already used Ai-ChatPro?
Yes, if your request is made within 14 days of subscribing. Nothing is withheld for using the service during that period.
How long does the refund take?
No more than 14 days after customer service has been informed of your decision, to the payment method used when subscribing.
What happens if I cancel during the trial period?
If you cancel before the end of the 48-hour trial period, the first subscription payment is not taken.
