3 ways to cancel your subscription
The fastest method if you're already logged in to Ai-ChatPro.
- Open your Ai-ChatPro space.
- Click the Cancel button.
- A confirmation window appears: confirm.
That's it. The cancellation takes effect immediately.
Not logged in? No problem.
- Go to the unsubscribe page.
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Confirm your request.
From the chat help page, without logging in.
- Go to the help page.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- Confirm your cancellation request.
Important: make sure you use the email address you signed up with. If you have several, try the others. If the address isn't recognized, contact our advisors (see below).
What happens after cancellation?
Cancelling doesn't cut off your access immediately. Your current subscription stays active until its end date, with all the benefits of your plan. After that, the subscription stops and no further payment is taken.
Example: you subscribed to a yearly plan in January and cancel in July. You keep access to Ai-ChatPro until December, which is 6 more months.
So you can cancel right now with no risk, even if you plan to use the service until the end date.
What about refunds?
Ai-ChatPro doesn't offer prorated refunds for the remaining period: in return, your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Our advisors can answer any question about your situation.
Email not working?
Your address isn't recognized, you no longer have access to your mailbox, or the cancellation doesn't go through? Our advisors will handle it, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm.
